I started playing drums at the age of four and bought my first synthesizer through Hobbex mail order in the mid-80s – a Roland SH-101. Since then, I have been active in several different bands and experimented with various instruments. Today, I see myself more as a producer, remixer, and songwriter than a musician.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with artists such as Pet Shop Boys (UK), Tangerine Dream (DE), Red Snapper (UK), Lustans Lakejer (SE), and many others. Since 2011, I have also been running a small record label I/O Music, with a focus on electronic music.

When I create music, I use various synonyms such as Moist, Árstraumur and Gränslöst.
